Once a month, we designate a “birthday day” where all birthdays during that month receive a gift bag (with picture ID) with $5-$10 worth of gifts (i.e., dabber, lotion, lucky charms, etc.). On this day we also purchase birthday cake and give the entire hall birthday cake. We also announce the birthdays over the microphone and wish them a Happy Birthday from everyone. At one location we have a customer who gets on the microphone and sings Happy Birthday to them. Decorations are optional.
